System Upgrade (2021-03-03~2021-03-05)

As the data volume skyrockets recently, in order to better our service level to be able to process data with reliability and stability, we will schedule a system upgrade with the following details.

When is the upgrade?

In order to reduce the risk, we have scheduled the upgrade in 3 phases to gradually migrate to the new system:

• Phase 1 - 1:00 AM ~ 5:00 AM on 3rd March, 2021

• Phase 2 - 1:00 AM ~ 3:00 AM on 4th March, 2021

• Phase 3 - 1:00 AM ~ 3:00 AM on 5th March, 2021

What is the impact?

• It’s expected to experience a 30 minutes downtime during the phase 1 upgrade.

• It’s expected to experience a 10 minutes downtime during the phase 2 / 3 upgrade.

• It’s expected to experience longer response time throughout all 3 phases’ upgrade.

What do I need to react on this?

Please avoid sending / promoting anything which potentially could drive large traffic during the period.
